The Opportunity   

The Architect, Conferencing & Digital Experience Technologies is a technical leader responsible for the stregic design, architectural governance, and lifecycle management of enterprise audiovisual conferencing systems, digital signage plforms, virtual meeting technologies, and streaming solutions. This role ensures consistent, secure, scalable, and high-quality digital collaborion experience across the organizion.

The Architect reports directly to the Director of Conferencing & Shared Services and works closely with peer leaders including the Senior Manager of Conferencing, the Manager of Support & Operions, and the Digital Signage Service Lead. The role has no direct reports but drives influence through expertise, cross functional collaborion, and leadership of global initiives.

Wh You’ll Work On

Stregic Architecture & Technology Road Mapping

• Develops, maintains, and communices multiyear stregic roadmaps for conferencing, streaming, virtual meeting plforms, and digital signage ecosystems.
• Defines and governs architectural standards, policies, and technical frameworks to ensure consistent implemention across regions and facilities.
• Advises IT leadership and business stakeholders on emerging technologies and opportunities to improve digital communicion, collaborion, and user experience.
• Ensures all AV and digital experience technologies align with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity requirements, and IT operional standards.

Operional Governance & Optimizion

• Establishes standards for AV room design, hardware specificions, virtual meeting plforms, and digital signage systems.
• Oversees the evaluion, selection, and integrion of hardware, software, cloud services, and workflow tools supporting AV operions and digital experiences.
• Ensures AV operions, workflows, and equipment are optimized for reliability, uptime, and efficient support across global sites.
• Reviews technology project requests, ensuring alignment with architectural stregy and operional priorities.
• Ensures AV operions meet performance targets, production goals, and approved budgets.

Cross Functional Leadership & Collaborion

• Works closely with the Senior Manager of Conferencing to align stregy with delivery, innovion, and end-user experience improvements.
• Collabore with the Manager of Support & Operions to ensure architectural integrity is maintained across implemention, support, lifecycle management, and incident response.
• Partners with the Digital Signage Service Lead to define standards, integrions, and stregic direction of digital signage solutions.
• Leads significant global or regional initiives, system upgrades, and plform modernizion efforts.
• Acts as a primary liaison between IT, support teams, business functions, facilities, and external vendors.

Vendor, Partner & Stakeholder Management

• Leads technical negotiions with vendors and solution providers to ensure cost-effective, scalable, and high-quality services.
• Manages ongoing vendor relionships, ensuring compliance with standards, SLAs, and technical requirements.
• Oversee technology evaluions, proofs of concept, and long-term vendor stregy for conferencing and digital experience systems.

Minimum Requirements & Qualificions:

• Bachelor’s degree in informion technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise AV architecture, unified communicions, digital signage, or collaborion technologies.
• Proven ability to architect complex AV and digital communicion systems in large global environments.
• Strong technical expertise with Cisco CVI plforms as well as alternives such as Cisco Pexip, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms.
• Demonstred leadership in cross functional, mrixed environments without direct authority.
• Excellent communicion, collaborion, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management skills.

Preferred Qualificions:

• CTS‑D, CTS‑I, Microsoft Teams Rooms certificions, or equivalent professional credentials.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide modernizion or standardizion initiives.
• Familiarity with ITIL, enterprise architecture methodologies, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI within the industry.

The base pay for this position is $129,300.00 – $258,700.00. In specific locions, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
