The eCommerce manager is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional partners to manage all aspects of the eCommerce business including; business planning, content strategy and development, web analytics reporting and forecasting and 3p partner relationship management.

Responsibilities include:
• Projects and management; exceed or meet expectation of deadlines and projects, define key strategies, and create roadmaps that will enable the company to achieve their annual business objectives
• 3rd party and direct eCommerce relations; Monthly call with 3p partners trying to get flat commission or increasing marketing profitability and sales
• Attending trade shows and virtual seminars
• Division score card and monthly market health reports
• Quarterly reports on market strategy
• Manage all Supplier/Vendor negotiations applicable to increasing KPI’s
• Influence the organization to build and deliver a best in class eCommerce experience
• When appropriate collaborate with creative, marketing, and merchandising to refine and continually evolve the eCommerce experience against competitive landscapes
• Develops clear and complete business cases and business requirements and presents to leadership to make informed approval, prioritization and tradeoff decisions
• Develop and maintain a model for tracking the effectiveness of new features and trends
• Communicates key success metrics to leadership
• Proactively anticipates issues to provide quick resolutions

• Able to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions from it
• Exhibits a probing mind and achieves penetrating insights
• Maintains organization and prioritizes workload to maximize company return
• Acts without being told what to do. Brings new ideas to the company
• Sources, selects, and sells A Players to join a company
