Qingming Shanghe tu...it is in the history of Chinese paintings. The original scroll measuring 15 Chinese feet was painted 900 years ago by a royal painter named Zhang Zeduan. It depicts life in Bianliang, the capital of the northern Song Dynasty (960-1127AD). The image represents social life during the prime of the Song Dynasty at the Qingming Festival paying homage to deceased ancestors. The artwork is a shadowbox style with a gold/red/black mottled wide frame. The scroll is positioned in an accordion style layout on red and black artistic leather backdrop.

Two Double Cranes are replicas of an antique wood carving in gold wood with a leather background in red and black leather in a shadow box style with the cranes in the center of the carvings. This matches the scroll painting and would make a striking set.
