We are a couple, 23 male and 23 female looking for a new roommate. We've been at our location for over 2 years now, and you will be our 4th roommate.
#1 was a buddy of mine who moved out because my sister was moving in from California.
#2 was my sister who moved out to her own place for more independence.
#3 was a deadbeat who quit his job and can't pay his bills.
Looking for a place? We'd love to talk it over. Our place is fully furnished, except for your room. We have 2 cats, fyi, so no need to bother if you can't take that.
Utilities include electric ~$80-110/month and Cable/Internet ~$120/month. These will be split 3 ways w/ you. The internet is very high-speed and has been upgraded from normal "cable internet". I do pc gaming, downloading, etc on a regular basis, so that's why it's beefed up.
We're pretty laid back people, like to lounge, drink, and grill every now and then. After the last roommate, who enjoyed eating our food, staying up until 6am blasting his music, and getting drunk every night & pissing us off, we're hoping for a pleasant change.
