The bike works fine but shows normal wear being about 10 years old.

The bike rack had one tear in the rubber that holds the Velcro strapping.. I have been using a bungee cord to hold the second bike instead... I used the bike rack on my Pontiac Grand Am. When I went to a different vehicle I decided on a different style.

These items are being sold as is because they are used.
